Old Fashioned Pancakes

This is a great recipe to introduce children to measuring, pouring, mixing, and cooking.
Old Fashioned Pancakes
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
